At the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society Adoption Center we often shelter cats with feline immunodeficiency virus or feline leukemia. Our FIV-positive/FeLV-positive cats are outstanding representatives of FIV/FeLV cats and that is why we have appointed them as Goodwill Ambassadors. We believe that you will benefit from the joy they bring to you just as much as they will benefit from the loving home they can call their own.

If you choose to adopt an FIV-positive/FeLV-positive cat, we will waive the adoption fee and provide two free veterinary hospital exams per year (valid only at the BEBHS hospital) in order to promote the health and well-being of you and your cat.
