K-9 College Class Enrollment Form

Thank you for enrolling in our K-9 College classes. Please fill out the form below, using information from the schedule page. When you have finished filling out the form, press the Submit button at the bottom of this page. Please use one form per dog.

When we receive your enrollment, we will email you an invoice that you can pay with your credit card or Paypal account. After your payment is received, we will email you confirmation and pre-class information.

In order to ensure that you receive all of the class materials, please add training@berkeleyhumane.org to your address book.
