To receive free monthly pet food independent of other PAWS/East Bay benefits, please apply for support from our Pet Food Pantry.
Client Eligibility
Eligible persons include low-income pet guardians living with a disabling illness/condition or low-income pet guardians over 60 years of age. Clients must live in Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Oakland or Richmond. Pets may only be dogs or cats. Only two animals per household can be supported by PAWS/East Bay. The animals must be spayed/neutered.

Because PAWS/East Bay is funded exclusively by private contributions and the demand in our community is great, space in this program is limited and we may be unable to add clients at this time. Verification of medical diagnosis (seniors excluded), monthly income, residency and spay/neuter is required.
